We offer a 14-day return window for all echo/neutra timepieces and accessories, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all protective films and packaging intact. Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with the craftsmanship and design of every item you purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive the return shipping address.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the watch in its original echo/neutra box, including all warranty cards, manuals, and tools, ensuring the item is securely padded for transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the package back to our headquarters in Italy, retaining your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our watchmakers verify the condition of the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
